Winery Notes: The 2021 Austin Hope Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon displays ample blue fruit aromas accentuated by black plum, tobacco leaf and toasted oak. The palate textures are plush and expansive, delivering layers of black currant, blackberry and dried cherry with hints of vanilla bean and savory spices. Fine-grained tannins and lavish French oak top notes linger deep into a smooth, structured finish.\”
