The estate-grown Saracina Chardonnay is a beam of pure sunshine in the glass. Made in an ultra-refreshing, unoaked style it offers up a complex nose of Asian pear and fresh nectarine. On the palate, youre in for lively citrus zest/orchard-fruit character with a seam of mouthwatering minerality running through the long, elegant finish. Pair it with everything from fresh, white-fleshed fish to chicken.
