Notes:Baldoria Ros is inspired by summer rose wine, but not dependent on it in style. In effect, Baldoria Ros is summertime in Boves. The pink hue is maintained, with a light acidity and fresh grapefruit peel, atop a base of fennel and wormwood. Functionally, the Ros sits next to the floral Bianco in the Baldoria lineup.
