As heat naturally rises in our traditional warehouses, barrels stored on upper levels experience more temperature variation, which enhances the interaction between the whiskey and the charred oak barrels. This process results in a bourbon with deeper complexity and smoother character than typically found in standard aging methods.Perfect for both casual sipping and special occasions, Benchmark Top Floor 86 Proof represents exceptional value in the premium bourbon category. Its approachable proof makes it an excellent introduction to quality bourbon for newcomers, while its complex flavor profile satisfies the most discerning whiskey connoisseurs.
