Blended Scotch

Blended Scotch is a mixture of one or more Single Malt Scotch Whiskies with one or more Single Grain Scotch Whiskies. The inclusion of grain whisky provides a diluting effect on the relatively harsher malt whisky and produces a smoother, milder product. With the resources to mix and blend from a diverse range of whiskies, Scotlands whisky blenders are able to standardise the colour, strength and taste across their brands thereby generating repeatability and consistency in their blends
