Buffalo Trace White Dog Sour Mash Bourbon / 62.5% / 37.5cl

Made using Corn, rye and Malted Barley

Nose: Light with a creamy aroma, soft spice and vanilla.

Palate: The creamy elements on the front of the palate help this dram open across the whole palate, a zesty light and very soft citrus note, creamy vanilla and dried spices including a little soft peppery edge.

A great cocktail dram.
