Caol Ila 12 Year Old DS Tayman Tulip Syrah 46% – 70cl

Nose:Some classic Islay aromas we love with a good Caol Ila, salted caramel toffee, hints of cocoa nibs, some orange citrus vibrancy, wood smoke and ground coffee.

Palate:Vanilla and smoke lead the way on the palate, Apples and sweet red grapes, some soft strawberry, hints of light coffee opening the palate to a more tangy sweet bitter note, sea salt and beach side tang add to this deliciously rich Caol Ila.
