An upland whisky with an upland nose heather moors, pine bark, berry bushes and orchard fruits; also apricot jam and cigar boxes. In the mouth little fires of spicy sweetness are kindled, warming you with birch syrup, Liquorice Allsorts, sugar-coated fennel seeds, coltsfoot rock and spiced nuts ginger, chilli, cardamom and cinnamon on the finish give it a youthful lan drink this and you could elope with Elastigirl! The reduced nose is more subtle than the palate toasted marshmallows, wood embers, spice cake and orchards. The palate balances toffee sweetness with mouth-flooding wood spice, leaving hints of eucalyptus and tobacco.
