Cask No. 93.113

Complex, subtle, beautiful and haunting!

Campbeltown

The scent combines the subtlety of age with the freshness of youth, beautifully balanced fresh fragrant floral sweet violets and jasmine next to musty, earthy, a little tar and leather aromas. The taste neat was equally balanced revealing a complexity but at the same time a fruitiness (William-Christ pear brandy), subtlety and warmth like mixed wild mushroom pasta made with olive oil and garlic topped with shaved black truffles. If you wish add the smallest amount of water (it can hold it) which introduced a fascinating flavour of a strawberry, goat cheese rocket salad to the meal peppery, creamy, tangy, sweet and juicy.
