Taste Profile:An easy drinking, elegant red. Light, transparent red color. Nose is lovely, spicy, full of red berries, with notes of raspberries, strawberries, garrigue and nutmeg. Mouthfeel is lovely, light, elegant, with smooth powder-like tannins, nice acidity and notes of raspberries, strawberries, garrigue and nutmeg, with a long, spicy finish.

This textured, balanced Mediterranean wine will make you reevaluate preconceived notions about reds from Provence. Great with a slight chill.

Winemaking Process:After an early morning manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts ten days, with twice-daily pump-overs. After fermentation, the wine is racked into foudres, where it ages for 4-6 months before bottling
