Comte 18 Months 150G

Comt is a French, unpasteurized cow\’s milk cheese from the Franche-Comt region, made in a traditional process with a hard but flexible texture and a nutty, caramelized flavor that intensifies with age.

This hard, Alpine-style cheese is aged for at least four months and up to two years or more in caves, resulting in a pale, creamy yellow interior with salt crystals and a distinct brown rind
