Cutwater Joven Mezcal is a vibrant and bold expression that showcases the raw, unaged essence of mezcal. Made from 100% Espadn agave, this joven (young) mezcal is crafted using traditional methods in Oaxaca, Mexico. After the agave is slow-roasted in earthen pits, it is fermented and distilled in copper pot stills, capturing the pure, natural flavors of the agave. Cutwater Joven Mezcal offers a lively, smoky character, with a clean and crisp finish, making it an excellent introduction to the world of mezcal or a versatile ingredient for cocktails.

On the nose, Cutwater Joven Mezcal delivers a fresh, smoky aroma, with bright notes of roasted agave, citrus zest, and subtle hints of earthiness. The palate is clean and smooth, offering a perfect balance of smokiness and sweetness from the agave, with touches of green herbs and a mild peppery spice. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with the characteristic smokiness lingering gently. This joven mezcal is ideal for sipping neat, enjoying on the rocks, or mixing into a variety of cocktails, where its bold and smoky flavor will stand out.
