Taste Profile:The bouquet is inviting and perfumed with delicate dark red fruits, floral notes and earthy, cinnamon tones. In the mouth, bright red fruits, fresh acidity and sleek, supple tannins complete this soft finessed wine.

Winemaking Process:The wine is macerated & left in the tank for 6-8 weeks, before being pressed offinto small French oak vats and left to mature for 10 months.
