Taste Profile:Pale yellow in color. Complex aromas of green fruits with dried apricots and honeyed notes shining in the background. Rich mouthfeel with intense flavours of ripe stone fruit, vibrant volcanic minerality and the characteristic tertiary notes from the oak barrel ageing beautifully

Winemaking Process: Fermented in a stainless steel tank and aged for 10 months in 500l Hungarian oak barrels
