Nivarius Edicion Limitada is a barrel-fermented white wine that is oaky & spicy, with an oxidative twist.

Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Viura & Maturana Blanca from Rioja, Spain.

Selection of head-pruned Viura vineyards from the slopes of the Moncalvillo, the Sonsierra Riojana and Alto Najerilla as well as high altitude White Maturana from Finca La Nevera in Nalda.

Taste Profile: An intense nose where baked apple, white flowers, and a delicate balsamic touch coexist. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a verticality that sustains flavors of ripe fruit, notes of dried fruit, and a subtle mineral note that makes it even more appealing. Winemaking Process: Matured in 3,500-liter oak vats, where it also fermented for one year followed by a further five to six months in stainless steel to achieve natural decantation
