A rich yet elegant Amarone made from organically grown grapes in the hills of Monte Garzon. Bursting with black cherry, plum, and blackberry jam, layered with dark chocolate, spice, and a touch of balsamic freshness. Full-bodied with silky tannins and a long, juicy finish. Aged over three years in French oak, this wine has both power and finesse, with the potential to age beautifully. Perfect with game, braised meats, or mature cheeses.

The 2014 Amarone della Valpolicella Vigna Garzon (a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina and other local grapes) is slightly subdued in this vintage with wild berry aromas and dried cherry followed by baking spice, tar, licorice and campfire ash. The wine is succulent and rich with a shorter finish compared to other vintages. Some 16,500 bottles were made.
