Rocky Ridge Detective Olivia Beverage

7.2% | West Coast IPA

An old-school West Coast IPA with serious backbone, shes all business and knows how to read your palate.

Pale amber, crowned with a clean white head, shes crisp, dry, and always ready to serve and protect your thirst. Mid-palate bitterness spreads like a detective on a lead, coating the mouth with resinous depth that lingers long after the glass is down.

Rocky PDs International Bitterness Unit is officially on the case of the following oily suspects, Simcoe, Cryo Simcoe, Simcoe Hyperboost, Rakau, Bitter Gold Salvo, Citra, Citra Dynaboost and Citra Lupomaxx!
