Palate:Dry and sharp with crushed black pepper, some lemon and lime freshness, candied peel and mango, lots of rich smoke to push through across the whole palate, some cocoa nibs and hints of smoked fruit, lint and leather, herbal and spices rounding off the long palate and finish.
