Our Spring is in the Air bundle is the ultimate flight for the season ahead! Fresh and vibrant aromas and flavours will greet you on this springtime taste adventure. Our first single malt will impress with very well-balanced decadence. Cask 9.191 Grannys kitchen on baking day offers freshly baked confections, honeyed and tropical notes with mouth-coating texture for a soul-soothing dram. Cask 35.281 Gripping fresh fruitiness introduces a rare spicy & dry profile from this distillery and showcases ginger and pepper spice with orchard fruits and toasty malt character. The next stop on our vernal voyage brings us to Cask 72.97 Royal nonsense? – a delightfully floral dram tempered by sweet herbal notes and accents of rum-soaked raisins. 72s typical style is a robust and oily one but the single cask here tells a story of vibrant elegance. Lets finish our flight with a fun and fascinating dram from the southern Highlands. Cask 112.69 Scotch goes West (Indies) transports us to the Caribbean with exotic aromas and flavours from time in a refill Jamaican rum barrel. This is another stellar sipper from distillery 112 with so much to love in the glass. Enjoy this beautiful quartet with the windows open!
